Am I seeing change?
I have been meaning to post this for a while. So, we had regional elections a few weeks a go and a anti-Chavez candidate won in my state. For the first time in 4 years, this week I saw people working on the roads wearing RED, blue, green and yellow shirts… Maybe we are seeing change here.
