Tiger getting muscles: Week in Review (Days 4, 5, 6)
This was my second week on the Gym. I have started to see some improvement on my strength (not my size yet). I went to the Gym Wenesday, Friday and Saturday, since I couldn’t go to the Gym this Monday since we were on carnival! Take that.
As usual I did cardio before starting my workout. I haven’t been constant on how much time I do. On wenesday I did 10, on thursday I did 15 since my coach hasn’t gotten there yet and Saturday I have no idea since I didn’t take my stopwatch with me and I just guessed how long I had been doing it.
I don’t quiet remember what I did, though, I came up with TEH MOTIVATION FORMULAH! Yes I did. Kids, sit down and watch:
Epic Workout = Motivation
Motivation = Good iPod Music + Model chicks on the next room training
Yes, that’s it.
On other news, I am thinking on adding up another day to my workout session. I am thinking 4 days a week, resting 3. I am not sure how is that gonna work, but the good thing is that I still have my rest time. We’ll see how that works out though.
