Tiger getting muscles: Day 3
Summary: finally, it doesn’t hurt that much!
(not so) Long version:
Well my workout yesterday as usual included 15 minutes of cardio and work on various machines. The highlight of this sesion was that I actually did bench press this time. For those of you that want numbers, I don’t know how much I lifted, I only know that I only lifted the bar alone. Ya, I am weak, leave me the fuck alone. I did 4x10 on bench press, I felt pretty good afterwards.
Uhm, that’s pretty much it. As the summary says, today my arms don’t hurt as much, and I can walk decently. Yay.
