Tiger getting muscles: Day 2
Summary: man, my back hurts!
Long version:
So yesterday was my second day at the Gym. I did 10 minutes of warmup and yet again worked on teh machines! I didn’t repeat any of the exercises I did on Day 1.
However, there was an exercise incredibly hard that I couldn’t get the 4 sets of 12 I was required to do. I had to leave it 4x[12, 12, 10, 9]. It was incredibly hard for me. And no, I am not saying how much I lifted.
I have an incredible calf pain. Yes, only one calf, my left one hurts like hell and my right one hurts too, but not as much. It hurts when I walk but after a while it stops bothering and I can walk decently (although I still feel some pain). Man I am worried. Fuck that, I am so going to the Gym tomorrow.
No, you are not getting numbers on how much I lifted, stop asking for it.
