Tiger getting muscles: Day 1

Summary: I don’t feel my arms.

Long version:

So today was my first day at the Gym I signed up for last friday. Apparently with the whole package I signed up for I have my *own*  personal trainer. Fucking +1000 pts for my gym. So I didn’t really do the workout I had planned but instead followed my trainer workout instructions.

He said since this was my first time on a gym I was going to do general purpose exercises first before getting to an actual workout program. Today I did 10 minutes of warmup on a stationary bike and did some weight lifting that seem to have worked most of my muscles (though, don’t take my word for it, I may have worked only one muscle and, since I am so weak, I didn’t realize it).

However, it’s my arms what seem to have taken the whole load of the workout. I don’t feel any pain. They just feel, I don’t know… know how it feels to lift weights for the first time in your life? Yeah? That’s how it feels.

I have no idea whatsoever of what exercises I did. I can probably find them on the BodyBuilding.com exercise database, but I am not feeling like it. If I count I would have to say I worked on a lot of compound exercises that involved chest/triceps, a few quadriceps/legs work, and a lil bit core workout.

I feel good with myself, I think I am heading somewhere good here. My score of this workout is 8/10. And yes, I am not telling you how much weight I lifted on purpose. It’s too fucking low. I have pride, bitches. I am a tiger.
